We are seeking high-output, motivated sales professionals ready to crush goals and make an extraordinary income. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. If you have a strong background in sales and the drive to succeed, we’ll give you the tools to thrive through our in-house Dealer Academy and Mentorship Program.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships and create an exceptional experience for every customer.
- Guide clients through the vehicle selection, test drive, and financing process.
- Leverage training, tools, and technology to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed on vehicle specs, finance options, and dealership programs.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients using our state-of-the-art CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, but not necessary).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions with professionalism.
- A team player with a customer-first mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Compensation:
- Base rate: $16.50 per hour plus commissions
- Our sales team averages $48,000 to $188,000 annually, based on performance.
